Refund Policy
Effective September 3, 2026. Last updated September 3, 2026.
Rizqo is sold as a subscription, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that requires no card. The trial is there so you can decide before you pay.
This policy sets out our standard position on refunds, the cases where we refund without question, and how to ask when your situation falls outside them.
It is written to be read, not to be survived. If something about a charge looks wrong, email us and we will look at it.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy explains when Rizqo subscription fees can be refunded, how to request a refund, and how refunds are processed.
It applies to paid Rizqo subscriptions purchased directly through our website or through our payment provider. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them.
Rizqo is operated by Re-solve.co, a sole proprietorship owned by Altaf Nadaf, based in India.
2. Start with the free trial
Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to start it.
The trial exists so that you can evaluate Rizqo properly before any money changes hands. We would rather you spent the trial deciding than paid for a month you did not want.
During the trial you can create real records, invite colleagues and use the product exactly as a paying customer would. If you do not convert to a paid plan when the trial ends, you are not charged.
3. Subscription fees and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled.
Annual plans are billed at ten times the monthly price, so two months are effectively free. That discount is applied at purchase rather than accrued over the year.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period expires.
4. Our standard position on refunds
Because every plan includes a free trial and can be cancelled at any time, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
This includes:
- partial months or years after you stop using Rizqo;
- periods during which you were subscribed but did not log in;
- downgrades taking effect part-way through a paid period; and
- fees already paid when you cancel before the end of a period.
This does not limit the specific cases below, your statutory rights, or our discretion to make an exception.
5. When we do issue a refund
We will refund you in the following situations, and you do not need to argue the case:
- Duplicate charges, or a single charge taken more than once.
- Billing errors on our side, including a charge at the wrong amount, on the wrong plan, or after a valid cancellation.
- Charges you did not authorise, once verified.
- A prolonged failure of the Services attributable to us that leaves the plan you paid for substantially unusable, where we are unable to resolve it in reasonable time.
Where the charge was simply a mistake, we would rather correct it than debate it.
6. Exceptions we will consider
Outside those cases, we look at refund requests individually. We are a small business and we would rather resolve a problem than keep money from a customer who is unhappy.
Circumstances we commonly agree to include an accidental renewal noticed and reported promptly, or a purchase made on the wrong plan and reported before meaningful use.
Ask, and explain what happened. A decision to grant one refund does not commit us to granting another in different circumstances.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded by contract.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory cancellation or withdrawal period for digital services, such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, those rights continue to apply to you regardless of anything stated above. If a mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires a refund in circumstances this policy does not cover, that law prevails.
8. How refunds are processed
Subscription payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider, including Paddle.
Where Paddle acts as the merchant of record, the transaction is legally between you and Paddle, and the refund is issued through Paddle rather than directly by Rizqo. Paddle's own buyer terms may also give you rights, and you can raise a refund request with Paddle directly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account or person.
Where tax was charged on your purchase, the refund includes the tax element handled by the payment provider.
9. How to request a refund
Email us and include enough detail to find the charge:
Email: hello@getrizqo.com Subject: Refund request Include: the account email address, the approximate date and amount of the charge, and what went wrong.
An invoice number or payment reference, if you have one, makes this faster. Please do not send full card numbers; we do not need them and cannot use them. If a payment failed or a renewal is imminent and you want to stop it, cancel the subscription first and then contact us. Cancelling prevents the next charge; it does not by itself refund one already taken.
10. Timeframes
We aim to respond to refund requests within three business days and to reach a decision within five.
Once a refund is approved and submitted, the payment provider usually returns funds within five to ten business days. The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
We will tell you when a refund has been submitted so that you know what to look for on your statement.
11. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel from your account billing settings, or through the payment provider where the subscription was purchased through them.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then, and no further charges are taken.
Before you cancel, export anything you need. Data retention after termination is covered in our Terms of Service.
12. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. It is almost always faster.
A chargeback opens a formal dispute with the payment provider that can take weeks to resolve and may suspend the affected account while it is in progress.
We will always try to resolve a billing complaint directly first.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers, which may include posting the revised policy here or sending notice to the email address on the account.
