What is Rizqo?
Rizqo is project and practice management software for architecture firms. It connects proposals, contracts, project phases, time tracking and invoicing in one workspace, and reports revenue and effort for every project.
Can I try Rizqo for free?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required. You keep everything you create when you upgrade.
How is Rizqo different from a generic project management tool for architects?
Rizqo connects proposals, contracts, project phases, tasks, time logs and invoices in one workspace. A phase can have its own fee and billing type, so the commercial side of a project stays alongside the work. Rizqo does not replace CAD or BIM software, or a general ledger.
Can I invoice architecture projects by phase?
Yes. Fixed-fee phases can be billed by percentage complete, while hourly phases bill time at the project's rate card. You can mix both types on one project. Rizqo does not generate AIA G702 or G703 contractor payment forms.
Can I migrate from the tools I use now?
Yes. Send us what you have, a spreadsheet or an export from your current tools, and our team runs the migration for you, bringing across clients, projects, contacts and time entries. Get in touch and we'll talk through what you're moving.
Does Rizqo work for a whole team?
It's built for teams. Invite colleagues, assign roles and permissions down to the record, and see who is working on what across the whole practice.
Can I involve clients without buying them seats?
Yes. Proposals and contracts are shared through secure links, so clients can review, sign and approve without an account. Invoices are emailed as a PDF under your branding.
How is my data protected?
Each workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security, role permissions are enforced there too, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What happens when a proposal is accepted?
When a client accepts a proposal, you can generate the contract from its scope and create the project from it. The project opens prefilled with the proposal's title, client and value, and you set up its phases, rate card and invoicing from there.
What does Rizqo not do?
Rizqo holds no staff cost data, so it reports revenue and effort rather than margin or profit. It is not an accounting package and has no QuickBooks integration. It has no resource planning or expense tracking, does not produce AIA G702 or G703 forms, and does not replace CAD or BIM software.
