Yes. Define phases that match your agreement, such as schematic design, design development and construction documents. You can combine fixed-fee and hourly phases in the same project.
Fixed-fee phases use reviewed progress and account for previous billing. Hourly phases use unbilled time and the rate stored on each entry. You review and prepare the invoice; the example on this page does not create or send one.
Rizqo supports client and project CSV imports. Review rates, phases and previous billing, and confirm what needs separate setup before moving historical records. Use the switching checklist or book a demo to discuss your current process.
