The project profitability report puts revenue and effort side by side for every project, for a period you choose.
| Metric | How it is calculated |
|---|---|
| Invoiced | Total of non-cancelled invoices whose issue date falls in the period. |
| Collected | Payments received against those invoices. |
| Billable hours | Time entries in the period marked billable. |
| Non-billable hours | Time entries in the period marked non-billable. |
| Billable amount | Billable minutes at the rate stored on each entry, the same rate invoicing uses. |
Results can be filtered by date range, clients, projects, status, business units, team, billing type and billable status.
Exporting
- Set the filters and date range you want.
- Click Export and choose Export CSV, Export Excel or Export PDF.
