Rizqo has four roles. Permissions are enforced in the database, not only in the interface, so a restricted user cannot reach data by other means.
| Role | Intended for |
|---|---|
| Owner | The person who created the workspace. Full access, including billing and workspace deletion. |
| Admin | Full access to workspace settings, team management and all records. |
| Manager | Day-to-day running of clients, projects and billing. Cannot change workspace-level settings. |
| Member | Works on assigned projects and tasks, and logs time. |
Sensitive actions such as changing a subscription, removing members or deleting a workspace are restricted to owners and admins.
Changing a member's role
- Go to Team in the sidebar.
- Find the member in Active members.
- Choose the new role from the Role column.
Creating a custom role
- Go to Settings → Roles & Permissions and click New role.
- Name it, and optionally start from a copy of an existing role.
- Turn on the modules it needs, choose exactly which actions each one allows, then click Save changes.
