Terms of Service
Effective September 2, 2026. Last updated September 2, 2026.
Rizqo is a business management platform operated by Re-solve.co, a sole proprietorship owned by Altaf Nadaf, based in India (“Rizqo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise indicating your acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, partnership, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to that entity as well as the individual using the Services on its behalf.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.
The Services are intended primarily for businesses and professional users. You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- the information you provide to us is accurate and complete;
- you have authority to enter into these Terms;
- you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
- you will use the Services only for legitimate business purposes; and
- you will not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
2. The Services
Rizqo provides software designed to help architecture firms and other project-based professional service businesses manage business operations, including areas such as clients, projects, phases, tasks, time tracking, proposals, contracts, invoicing, payments, teams, reporting, and project profitability.
The specific features available to you may depend on your subscription, account configuration, product availability, and other factors. We may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
Where reasonably practical, we will endeavor to avoid materially reducing the core functionality of a paid Service during an active subscription period. This does not restrict our ability to make security, technical, legal, performance, or product changes.
3. Accounts and Account Security
You may need to create an account to use certain portions of the Services.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- maintaining the security of devices used to access your account;
- restricting unauthorized access to your account; and
- all activity occurring through your account, except to the extent caused by our own failure to maintain the security of our systems.
You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or otherwise subjected to a security incident.
You may not:
- share account credentials in a manner that violates your subscription or security requirements;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- create accounts using false or misleading information; or
- use another person's account without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that the account is compromised, being misused, or presents a security or legal risk.
4. Customer Data
You may submit information, documents, records, files, business information, client information, project information, financial information, and other content to the Services (“Customer Data”).
As between you and Rizqo, you retain ownership of your Customer Data.
You grant Rizqo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and otherwise use Customer Data solely as reasonably necessary to:
- provide and operate the Services;
- maintain and secure the Services;
- troubleshoot and support the Services;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with applicable law; and
- enforce these Terms.
We do not acquire ownership of your Customer Data merely because you submit it to the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and legal bases necessary for us to process Customer Data as contemplated by these Terms.
5. Customer Responsibility for Data
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, integrity, and ownership of Customer Data that you submit to Rizqo.
You must not submit Customer Data that:
- violates applicable law;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person;
- contains malicious code;
- is knowingly fraudulent or misleading; or
- you do not have the legal right to provide to us.
You are responsible for determining what information is appropriate to store in Rizqo.
You should maintain appropriate independent backups of important business records and information. Although we take reasonable measures to protect the Services, we do not guarantee that Customer Data will never be lost, corrupted, deleted, or rendered inaccessible.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected, used, stored, transferred, and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, you are responsible for providing appropriate notices to your own customers, employees, contractors, and other individuals whose personal information you submit to Rizqo.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, authentication providers, communication services, or other third-party products.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party services that we do not control. If you choose to connect a third-party service to Rizqo, you authorize us to exchange information with that service as reasonably necessary to provide the integration.
We may discontinue or modify third-party integrations when required by the third-party provider, for security reasons, or for other legitimate business or technical reasons.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain Services may require payment of subscription fees.
Prices, billing periods, included features, usage limitations, and other commercial terms will be presented to you during the applicable signup or purchasing process.
By subscribing to a paid Service, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date. Unless otherwise stated during purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by us.
We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. Where legally required, we will provide appropriate advance notice of material price changes.
If payment fails, we may suspend or restrict access to paid Services until payment is successfully received.
9. Payment Processing
Rizqo may use third-party payment providers, including Paddle, to process subscription payments.
Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider's own terms and policies.
Where a payment provider acts as the merchant of record or otherwise handles applicable transaction obligations, the provider's applicable terms may govern portions of the transaction, including taxes, refunds, payment processing, and billing. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges associated with your subscription.
10. Trials, Early Access, and Beta Services
We may offer free trials, early-access programs, beta features, promotional access, or other limited versions of the Services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, trial, beta, and early-access Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Beta and early-access features may contain errors, limitations, or incomplete functionality and may be changed or discontinued at any time. We are not obligated to provide continued access to a beta or early-access feature.
If a trial period ends without conversion to a paid subscription, access to applicable paid features may be suspended or terminated.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe or misappropriate another person's intellectual property or other rights;
- commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity;
- distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious code;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services or related infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization;
- circumvent security or access controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Services except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
- copy, reproduce, resell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted;
- use automated means to scrape or extract substantial amounts of information from the Services without authorization;
- use the Services to build or operate a competing product using unauthorized access to the Services;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or materially harmful;
- interfere with another customer's use of the Services; or
- use the Services in a manner that creates an unreasonable security, operational, legal, or reputational risk for Rizqo or its users.
We may investigate suspected violations and may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access.
12. Intellectual Property
The Services, including the Rizqo name, logos, trademarks, software, interface designs, visual elements, documentation, text, graphics, workflows, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to Re-solve.co and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not use the Rizqo name, trademarks, logos, or other brand assets without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
You retain ownership of Customer Data subject to the rights granted to us under these Terms. If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations regarding the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback into our products and services without compensation or attribution to you.
13. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other party that is reasonably understood to be confidential (“Confidential Information”).
The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect Confidential Information and will use it only as reasonably necessary to perform its obligations or exercise its rights under these Terms.
Confidential Information does not include information that:
- is or becomes publicly available without breach of these Terms;
- was already lawfully known to the receiving party;
- is independently developed without use of the other party's Confidential Information; or
- is lawfully received from a third party without a confidentiality obligation.
A party may disclose Confidential Information where required by law, provided that, where legally permitted, it gives the other party reasonable notice of the required disclosure.
14. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the Services and Customer Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining appropriate security practices for your own accounts, devices, credentials, users, and Customer Data. If we become aware of a security incident affecting Customer Data, we will respond in accordance with applicable law and our contractual obligations.
15. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable and continuously available Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- scheduled maintenance;
- emergency maintenance;
- infrastructure failures;
- third-party service failures;
- internet or telecommunications failures;
- cybersecurity incidents;
- force majeure events; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may perform maintenance or make changes to the Services when reasonably necessary.
16. Customer Support
We may provide customer support through email, online channels, documentation, or other methods.
Support availability, response times, and support scope may vary by subscription or product offering.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee a specific support response time.
17. Termination by You
You may stop using the Services at any time.
You may cancel a paid subscription through the applicable account, billing, or cancellation mechanism provided by Rizqo or the applicable payment provider.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
18. Suspension and Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to some or all of the Services if:
- you materially breach these Terms;
- payment remains overdue;
- your use creates a security or operational risk;
- your use violates applicable law;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse;
- required by law or a governmental authority;
- continued provision of the Services becomes commercially or technically impractical; or
- you otherwise engage in conduct that materially harms Rizqo, its users, or its service providers.
Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a material breach before termination.
We may immediately suspend access where necessary to address security threats, fraud, unlawful activity, or other urgent risks.
19. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will end.
Subject to applicable law and our data retention obligations, we may delete or anonymize Customer Data following termination.
You are responsible for exporting any Customer Data you need before termination. Where technically and commercially feasible, we may provide a limited period following termination during which you can retrieve Customer Data. We do not guarantee that such retrieval will always be available.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS.
RIZQO AND RE-SOLVE.CO DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED;
- THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
- THE SERVICES WILL MEET ALL OF YOUR REQUIREMENTS;
- INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT;
- DEFECTS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECTED; OR
- THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING WHETHER THE SERVICES ARE APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR BUSINESS AND FOR MAINTAINING APPROPRIATE BACKUPS AND BUSINESS CONTROLS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
21. No Professional or Financial Advice
Rizqo provides software and business-management tools.
The Services do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, financial, architectural, engineering, or other professional advice.
Information, calculations, reports, invoices, profitability figures, or other outputs generated through the Services should be reviewed and verified by you before being relied upon for business, financial, tax, legal, or other professional decisions. You remain responsible for your own business decisions and compliance obligations.
22. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIZQO AND RE-SOLVE.CO, INCLUDING ALTAF NADAF, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF RIZQO, RE-SOLVE.CO, AND ALTAF NADAF ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RIZQO FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
- (b) USD $100.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of liability, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
23. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rizqo, Re-solve.co, Altaf Nadaf, and their respective contractors and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
- your use or misuse of the Services;
- your Customer Data;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your violation of another person's rights; or
- your unauthorized use of the Services.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to reasonably cooperate with us. You may not settle an indemnified claim in a manner that imposes liability or obligations on us without our prior written consent.
24. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services will be governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security interests, or other rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having competent jurisdiction in India.
If mandatory consumer-protection or other laws in your jurisdiction provide you with rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected.
25. Dispute Resolution
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through written communication.
You may contact us using the legal contact information provided below and describe the nature of your dispute and the relief you are seeking.
We will endeavor to respond within a reasonable period.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent legal relief where necessary.
26. International Use
Rizqo is operated from India and may be accessed by customers located in other countries.
If you access the Services from outside India, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you and your use of the Services.
You acknowledge that information may be processed and stored in countries other than the country in which you are located, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
27. U.S. Customers
Rizqo may be used by customers located in the United States.
Nothing in these Terms represents that Rizqo is incorporated, registered, licensed, or domiciled in the United States.
U.S. customers remain responsible for determining their own legal and regulatory obligations, including obligations relating to their employees, customers, contractors, tax records, financial information, and personal information. Where applicable U.S. law provides mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived or limited by contract, those rights will continue to apply.
28. Export and Sanctions Compliance
You may not use the Services in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, embargo, or trade laws.
You represent that you are not using the Services for a prohibited purpose or on behalf of a person or entity subject to applicable sanctions or restrictions.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable sanctions, export-control, or other legal requirements.
29. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, pandemics, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, internet failures, infrastructure failures, cybersecurity incidents, or failures of third-party service providers.
This provision does not excuse payment obligations that have already accrued.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, which may include posting the revised Terms on the website, providing notice through the Services, or sending notice to the email address associated with your account.
The revised Terms will become effective on the stated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to materially revised Terms, you should stop using the Services and cancel your subscription.
31. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of ownership, or similar transaction, provided that the transfer does not materially reduce your contractual rights.
32. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
33. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rizqo concerning your use of the Services and supersede prior agreements or understandings concerning the same subject matter.
If you have entered into a separate written agreement with us that expressly governs your use of the Services, that agreement will control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
35. Electronic Communications
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding your account, subscription, security, transactions, product updates, legal notices, and other matters relating to the Services.
