Signing up creates a workspace. Everything in Rizqo belongs to a workspace, and every record is isolated to it.

Onboarding

New workspaces run through a short onboarding flow that captures how you work and sets initial preferences. Its state is tracked as not started, in progress or completed, so you can leave and come back.

  1. Tell us about your business: company name, industry, business type and team size.
  2. What will you use Rizqo for? Pick everything that applies. You can change this later.
  3. What best describes your role? This personalizes the experience and is separate from your workspace permissions.
  4. You're ready to go. Jump straight into creating your first project, or explore Rizqo first.

Inviting your team

Invite colleagues from the Team page by email address. An invited person appears in Pending invitations with the status invited and moves to Active members once they accept.

  1. Go to Team in the sidebar.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter their email address and choose the role they should have.
  4. Add an optional personal message, then click Send invitation.
Member statusMeaning
InvitedInvitation sent, not yet accepted.
ActiveHas access to the workspace.
DisabledAccess revoked; their records and time entries remain.

Your profile

Open Profile from the sidebar to update your display name and picture. Your sign-in email is shown but can't be changed there.

Appearance

On Profile, choose Light, Dark or System for the color scheme, and Default or Full width for how much of the screen the app uses. This is a personal, per-device preference: it doesn't change what anyone else sees.

Changing your password

  1. Open Profile and go to its Security section.
  2. Enter your current password, then your new one twice.
  3. Click Update password.

Deleting your account

In Profile, under Danger zone, click Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. Your account is recoverable for 30 days, after which it and its data are permanently removed. If your account still owns a workspace, deletion is blocked until that ownership is resolved.

What architecture project management software is places each part of Rizqo in the project lifecycle, and about Rizqo lists what it does not do.
