Workspace details
Settings → Workspace holds the workspace's name and description, its timezone, and the date format used everywhere in the app. Changing the date format only changes how dates are displayed; it does not touch stored data.
Branding
- Go to Settings → Branding.
- Upload a company logo (and, optionally, a separate invoice logo, otherwise invoices use the company logo). Each accepts PNG, JPG or SVG up to 5 MB.
- Fill in company name, email, phone, website, address and any tax or registration numbers, then save.
Business units, project groups and tags
All three are simple named lists you build once and apply to projects afterwards. Each has its own settings page (Business Units, Project Groups, Tags) with a New button, a Name and Description, and an Active switch. Project groups also get a color swatch.
Invoice numbering and defaults
Settings → Invoice Settings sets the invoice number prefix and the next number to use, plus defaults every new invoice starts with: currency, due days, payment method, notes and footer text. The invoice logo itself is managed on the Branding page, not here.
Payment methods for invoices
- Go to Settings → Invoice Payment Methods and click Add payment method.
- Name it, and add free-form instructions (any banking format works) and an optional payment link.
- Save it. It can be duplicated or deleted later without affecting invoices that already used it.
Proposal and contract defaults
Proposal Settings sets the proposal number prefix, how many days a proposal stays valid, and default terms text. Contract Settings sets the contract number prefix, default terms, and whether Signature required is on. Turning it off allows a contract to be marked Signed without a captured signature elsewhere.
Connecting an email account
- Go to Settings → Email Accounts and click Connect with Google.
- Approve access in the Google sign-in prompt that opens.
- Optionally send yourself a test email to confirm it works.
Email templates
Settings → Email Templates lets you edit the subject and message of the templates the composer uses when sending a proposal, contract or invoice, using placeholders like {{client_name}}, {{invoice_number}}, {{amount}}, {{due_date}} and {{invite_link}}. New templates aren't created from this page. It edits the wording of the existing ones.
Integration keys
An integration key lets a desktop time tracker file time against your projects on your behalf, without a password.
- Go to Settings → Integration Keys and click Generate key.
- Copy it immediately. It is shown once and Rizqo keeps only a fingerprint of it afterwards.
- Paste it into your time tracker.
Storage
Settings → Storage is a read-only view of how much of your plan's file storage is used, broken down by project files and branding. Generated documents (invoices, proposals and contracts) don't count against it; only uploaded files do. Upgrade from Billing & Subscription if you need more room.
