REVIEW SEPARATELY
Confirm manual steps before you begin billing.
The useful details
No. Map the data into Rizqo’s own templates. Client Name and Project ID are match keys in their respective imports. Choose how existing matches are handled, then validate and preview.
The project import covers project and phase fields. Historical invoices, payments, time entries and attachments need separate review. Keep your source records available.
Do not assume so. Review per-member rates, automatically created records and project assignments after import. Reconcile prior billing before issuing another invoice.
It depends on your records and the history you need. A first-project rehearsal reveals cleanup and manual work; there is no fixed migration duration.
30 minutes. One connected workflow.
