The useful details
A few things to know.
Is collected the same as cash received this month?
Not necessarily. Collected means payments against invoices selected by issue date. Use accounting records for a complete cash-receipts report.
Should I add billable amount to invoiced revenue?
No. It may already be included. In the example, $1,200 of hourly work is part of the $4,200 invoice; adding it again would double-count the work.
Does Rizqo calculate project profitability?
The application’s report is called project profitability, but it reports revenue and effort. It does not hold staff costs or calculate gross margin, profit or utilization.
