How do the example requests differ?
AS-001, a second entry option, has a $1,200 estimated fee impact and a recorded approval email. Its next action is to review 8 hours × $150 for invoice NH-002. AS-002, an alternate garage with $600 estimated impact, is still Requested; confirm scope and fee before proceeding.
What do the totals include?
Total estimated fee impact includes every listed request. The approved total includes only rows marked Approved. An estimated impact is not automatically an invoice amount.
Does marking a request Approved authorize the work?
No. Retain the client’s actual decision and follow the change process in your agreement. This log is an operating aid, not a contract amendment or legal approval form.
